Photos and Privacy
During workshops photo's will be made in which attendees will be visible. These photos are used on this website and Instagram. Personal information involving attendees will not be mentioned with these photos. We try our best to filter unflattering photos and to not post these. However if you see a photo you'd like us to remove, please contact us and we will do so.
Artworks that are made during Kunstof Workshops are owned by their maker. The sharing or taking of images in which artwork is visible is not allowed, unless permission is granted by the owner of the artwork.
Personal information that Kunstof collects and receives from attendees and online visitors involving the newsletter, whatsapp and discord, are used only to contact the person involved through a newsletter, whatsapp and/or discord. These data are deleted when the person involved unsubscribes. Personal information that Kunstof collects and receives from attendees and online visitors involving a workshop, are used only to contact the person involved about the workshop concerned. Personal data are not sold or provided to third parties.
Liability
Kunstof is not responsible for theft of personal belongings. Kunstof is not responsible for damage of any kind to personal belongings. Kunstof is not responsible for any form of physical injuries of any kind.
All materials used during Kunstof workshops are owned by Kunstof. Attendees are responsible for any kind of damage and/or theft of material and interior provided by Kunstof during Kunstof workshops.
Unacceptable behaviour
Kunstof has the right to deny attendees of Kunstof workshops entrance to one or more Kunstof workshop and to remove attendees during Kunstof workshops in case of unacceptable behaviour. Unacceptable behaviour includes, but does not limit to: aggressive behaviour towards board members and/or other attendees, actions of violence towards board members and/or other attendees, behaviours caused by intoxication by alcohol or drugs, bullying.
Signing up, signing out and cost
The cost of a Kunstof workshop varies per workshop. Attendees have to sign up for the workshop involved and have to pay the corresponding fee before the workshop takes place through the method of payment provided by Kunstof. The attendee has until a week before the workshop takes place to fulfil the payment. If the payment has not been fulfilled before this deadline, Kunstof has the right to remove the attendee from the attendees list. De attendee has the right to sign out at any time without reason. The attendee has the right to receive a refund until a week before the workshop. The attendee is allowed to give or sell their spot to someone else. The attendee has to inform Kunstof about this. Kunstof has the right to deny anyone entrance to a workshop if said person has not fulfilled payment.
